Terms and Conditions – The Uprising Beach Resort, Fiji:
Reservation Confirmation
All bookings must be confirmed in writing by the resort. A reservation will only be considered valid once a confirmation number has been issued by the resort.Payment Policy
Full payment must be made prior to the guest’s arrival unless prior credit arrangements have been approved by the resort. Payments must be made in the agreed currency via bank transfer or other approved payment methods.Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made 21 days prior to arrival may incur a cancellation fee.
Cancellations made within 10 days of arrival, or in the case of a no-show, will be charged the full accommodation cost.
All cancellations must be submitted in writing.Amendments to Bookings
Any changes to reservation dates, number of guests, or room types must be requested in writing and are subject to availability and approval by the resort.Check-In and Check-Out
Standard Check-In Time: 2:00 PM
Standard Check-Out Time: 10:00 AM
Early check-in or late check-out may incur additional charges and are subject to availability.
Group Bookings
Group reservations may require a deposit to confirm the booking and additional payment schedules as agreed between the resort and the booking agent.Overbooking Policy
In rare circumstances of overbooking, the resort reserves the right to provide guests with alternative accommodation of equal or higher standard.Guest Responsibility
Guests are responsible for any damages caused to resort property during their stay and may be charged accordingly.Liability
The resort will not be responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings unless caused by proven negligence on the part of the resort.Child Policy
Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times while on the resort premises. Additional charges may apply for extra beds or special arrangements.Meal Plans
Where meal plans are included in the booking, meals will be provided according to the selected plan (e.g., breakfast, half board, or full board). Meals not consumed are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other services unless otherwise stated.Resort Rules
Guests are expected to respect resort facilities, staff, and other guests at all times. The resort reserves the right to request guests to leave the premises without refund if their behavior is deemed disruptive, unsafe, or damaging to the property or other guests.Force Majeure
The resort shall not be held liable for failure to fulfill its obligations if such failure is caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, extreme weather conditions, government restrictions, transportation disruptions, or other unforeseen circumstances.Acceptance of Terms
By confirming a reservation, the guest acknowledges and agrees to comply with all terms and conditions of the booking.Cyclone / Bad Weather Policy
In the event of a cyclone, extreme weather, or other natural disasters, the resort reserves the right to cancel, reschedule, or alter bookings for the safety of guests and staff. Refunds or alternative arrangements will be provided at the resort’s discretion. Guests are encouraged to have appropriate travel insurance.Transfer / Boat Transport Policy
If the resort provides transfers (e.g., boat, shuttle, or vehicle) as part of the booking, schedules and routes are subject to weather conditions, availability, and safety regulations. The resort will make reasonable efforts to accommodate all guests but is not liable for delays or cancellations beyond its control.Visitor Policy
Only registered guests are permitted in the rooms. Non-registered visitors are not allowed in guest accommodations unless prior approval is obtained from the resort. Unauthorized visitors may result in additional charges or refusal of access.
